We will always offer our customers the absolute best customer service. If it is our fault, then we will strive to make it right. As for buyers remorse and gifted items - items can be returned as received in 100% original condition up to (30) days from the date of purchase.

All accessories must be sent back and items must be in their original condition (or a restocking fee will apply). Buyers are responsible for arranging return shipping. If item shows signs of wear or other damage an additional fee may be assessed to compensate. At the buyer's request, we will happily accommodate (exchange) returns for shoe and clothing sales. Please keep in mind, buyer is responsible for shipping charges (both ways).
